I wanted this piece to bring a feeling of peace and freedom. For me, I thought of butterflies. To spread your wings and fly. To be able to just pack up and go to the beach in a whim and hear the sounds of the ocean, with the sun on your face… that’s not something I have been able to do. With those thoughts and feelings, this is what I created!
